This seminar will be chaired by Phil Daniels of Capita Hartshead. Many organisations are only just waking up to the effect that Auto Enrolment will have. In addition to legal requirements, many will find themselves with significant issues to overcome with payroll systems and some will face a much higher bill for contributions. All of which, in the worst cases, are likely to directly impact business performance and stability. Our expert speakers will not only be reviewing the requirements for employers, but also working with you through a series of examples of how organisations with different employee structures could approach the new pension reforms. Nigel Bolton from Irwin Mitchell will also address the legal implications for businesses.

The PMI Award in Pension Trusteeship is an accredited qualification for Trustees or for those interested in Trusteeship. The syllabus is based on the Pensions Regulators Guidance for Trustee Knowledge and Understanding in line with the requirements of the Pensions Act 2004. The onus is on Trustees to evidence their knowledge and understanding in relation to their role and has again been recently highlighted by the Regulator. Our two day course will help delegates update and consolidate their knowledge in this area. This is an interactive course which culminates with a specially arranged sitting of the examination at the end of the course. This course will complete on 17th May 2012.
